Features:

The surge arrestors BR-25VG meet the Class I and Class II requirement class according to IEC 61643-11.

Powerful components, suitable for all kinds of common power systems.

Visual status display.

The unit is designed to be used between Zone O and Zone 1 (according to IEC62305-4 definition of Lightning Protection Area).

Available with optional remote signaling.

Simple standard rail mounting.

The use of high-performance varistors permits a rapid response time and a low protection level.

Application:

• These devices protect low-voltage consumer systems from overvoltage.

• It is applicable to lightning protection for the power system in areas with high lightning risk (LPZ0B or the interface between LPZ0B and LPZ1).

• Applied in modular SPD Class I + Class II (Class B + C) for TT and TN-S power supply system.

Installation:

• Power must be cut off before installation. Live operation is prohibited.

• It is recommended that a fuse or circuit breaker be connected in series at the front end of the surge protection.

• SPD is installed in parallel at the power supply inlet end of the building distribution box or the equipment room. The product is installed in the guide rail type. If conditions permit, the Kevin connection mode can be adopted.

• During installation, connect the device according to the installation diagram, where L is the phase line,N is the neutral line, and PE is the ground line. Do not misconnect the device. After the installation is complete, turn on the automatic circuit breaker and check whether the working status is normal.

• When the SPD is in use, check the status of the fault display window regularly. If the fault display window is red or the remote terminal outputs an alarm signal, it indicates that the SPD is faulty and should be repaired or replaced in time.

• Suitable for indoor operation, such as installed in the outdoor, must be equipped with waterproof shell.
